  • 3 cl bourbon
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl simple syrup
  • 5 cl sparkling wine
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions​

  • Add bourbon
  • Add lemon juice
  • Add simple syrup
  • Add ice cubes and shake for 15 seconds
  • Double strain
  • Add sparkling wine
